What is RSS?
There are billions of web pages in a world, so keeping up to date with the information you want can't be a simple task.
It would be better to have the latest updates to our albums delivered directly to you, isn't it? Well now you can have it, and in a automated way, thanks to this new clever service, RSS.
There are several opinions on what RSS stands for, but most votes seem to go to 'Really Simple Syndication'. In a few words, it allows you to identify the content you like and have it delivered directly to you.
RSS makes it easy for you to stay up-to-date, by bringing you the very latest information that you are interested in.
Not every website currently provide RSS, but popularity of this technique is growing rapidly, and now The Russian Women Network's site provides it.
How to start using RSS feeds?
You are using some software, called 'browser', to see the content of the web sites you visit. Very much like that, you need another software or a sort of browser plug-in, called "News Reader" or "RSS Reader", to use RSS feeds.
Once you have some RSS reader, all you have to do is to subscribe to content you want. For example, if you would like the latest news and profiles from our site to be delivered to you daily, simply copy that address http://www.russian-women.net/russian-women-dot-net_feed.xml and use it to add a new feed in your RSS Reader, or simply push that button:

After you push the button you can subscribe to the feed in various ways - by dragging the URL of the RSS feed into your news reader or by cutting and pasting the same URL into a new feed in your news reader.
Several browsers, like Opera, Firefox and Safari, can automatically pick up RSS feeds for you. Please check their websites for more details about RSS functionality.
How to get a RSS Reader?
There is a number of RSS readers available, while new versions are offered all the time.
Different RSS readers work can work with different operating systems, you should be aware of this when selecting the Reader. One of the biggest list of RSS readers for almost every OS could be found at Google:
